one clue will be uploaded onto the blog and Facebook Fans' Page.

Write your guesses along with your Full Name and Email address

by comment in the Facebook Fans' Page

2. Go to our Discussion board, build a creative slogan using "K, M, and S".

Post your creative slogan by reply to the thread.

3. Prize giving ceremony in the up coming Business Sharing section on:

这是2009 Supremacy Summit的第一天，

现场聚集了至少1800位大东方保险代理员，掌声，呐喊声

以及哨子声连绵不断响起，即使在云顶云星剧场

(Arena of Star Genting Highland)方圆五里外都能清楚听见。

盛会在 Great Eastern CAD SVP & Head, Mr. Song Hock Wan

的激励演讲后正式掀开序幕，

白花花的奖杯一个接一个的交到得奖人手中！

需知道，诸位能够站在台上的得奖者，

无一不是经历辛酸磨练，品尝失败后仍能屹立不倒的杰出代理员！

让我们为他们努力付出后所得的成果报以万二份的敬意！Respect！！！

2009 Supremacy Summit的第二天，

当大家仍然陶醉于云顶早晨清凉的气候时，

Great Eastern的众多高层人员，在Mr. Song的带领下，

以震撼人心的鼓声演奏出“男儿当自强”，

大会的气氛顿时被提升到最高点，

掌声喊声哨子声更是前所未有的响亮！

接下来，就是由Great Eastern的多位代理员，

不分种族，不分阶级，

齐心努力为大家演唱耳熟能详的中英巫歌曲，

尽显1Malaysia，1Great Eastern的精神！

其画面让在座的各位无不动容，偶尔随曲轻哼，

偶尔爆笑连连，偶尔细细回忆；

当然还是少不了震耳欲聋的呐喊声和闪烁不停的照相闪光灯！

接着，轮到Great Eastern的

Director & Chief Executive officer Mr. Koh Yaw Hui的演讲。

这位亲民的CEO首先为大家高歌一首ABBA的“Eagle”为

开场白，示意大家一同展翅高飞，迈向更远的未来！

抱负着更大的理想，他希望每天掀开报纸时引入眼帘的

不再是血淋淋的车祸夺命案或意外身亡的报导等，

而是得知人人都能受到保障的佳音。

追逐远大理想的当儿，

Mr Koh也不忘提醒在座的代理员追溯‘保险’的原点。

保险本是一门与众不同的生意，卖的是保障，

接收的却是保单持有者的危机。

在结束演讲前，

Mr. Koh以一套“气球言论”来呈现有效保险的销售法。

他表示，一个没吹过的气球就好像保单一样，

在于代理员们如何去为它增值。

一个普通的气球，象征一个

“expected experience”，

也就是顾客预测到的服务，

这是代理员们至少必须达到顾客的最低要求;

接着，他用很短的时间把气球充气再制成一把剑，

这就是所谓的“delightful experience”，

或者说，要带给顾客们一些愉快，让他们至少满意你的服务；

再接着，他把气球做成一只长颈鹿，

象征着更高一层的“Surprise”，

也就是要让顾客对你的额外服务感到惊讶；

最后，Mr. Koh把气球做成一只狮子，

再用Marker pen画上眼睛和胡须，

成了一个让顾客无可致信的

“Unbelievable experience”。

Mr. Koh以特别的叙述方式让在座的人更深一层了解

在保险业增值的重要性，获益不浅。

当天的盛会，Kenny Chong更荣获三项大奖，分别是

Supremacy Excellence Awards，

Star Distinction Award 和

Million Dollar Round Table Award.

再一次向我们的老大致敬，为我们KMS增光！

当天晚上的Gala Dinner，更是绚丽的星光聚集之夜。

所有Great Eastern的大家庭成员都是今夜的巨星，

一同踏上荣誉的星光大道。

Great Eastern管理高层人员再一次为大家带来

“unbelievable experience”，

化身成为多位著名的荧幕巨星，

如“星战”里的Luke Skywalker，Princess Leia，

Darth Vader，老夫子,大番薯,李小龙，许文强，黄飞鸿，

Zoro，猫王，玛丽莲梦露，楚留香等等，

总之惊喜连连，全场来宾都不吝啬自己的掌声。

除了为战绩卓越的代理员颁发顶级奖项外，

大伙儿更有机会目睹了精彩的巨星演出，

分别由“梅菜芳”，“徐大凤”，“Sally”，“林子酱”，

以及Michael Jackson。

虽然不是真人，但他们的演出实在让人刮目相看，

一时间，竟然有一种特别的错觉，

以为诸位巨星真的降临Great Eastern的Gala Dinner。

整场宴会就在精力充沛的司仪带动，

大家的呐喊，不曾停止的掌声，

饮胜中画上圆满的句点。

各位Great Eastern的巨星们，

我们明年再见吧！
